Gail Goldstein Heyman,

Gail Goldstein Heyman is a proud native of Atlanta and a cousin of Dr. Ronald Goldstein. After graduating from Northside High in 1971, she was invited into the Honors Program at the University of Georgia and graduated magna cum laude from the Medical College of Georgia earning her B. S. Degree in Dental Hygiene.

While a student, Gail was President of her hygiene class and was actively involved in leadership activities throughout her academic years. Gail is a member of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries.

As a hygienist at Goldstein, Garber and Salama for over 20 years, Gail has enjoyed getting to know her patients and their family members, while providing quality care. She believes that the dental experience can be not only healthy for the patient, but "fun".

Passionate about helping others, Gail is also a community activist and has been recognized for her service by the Martin Luther King Humanitarian award, Woman of Distinction award, and Children's Legacy award. She is President and co-founder of the Fragile X Association of GA and a National Commissioner of the ADL. Gail serves on many community boards including the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, JF and CS, Brandeis, and the DHR Regional Planning Board. Gail received the Tommy Nobis Center Award for Making a Difference in the Community.

Married to Lyons Heyman, Jr., they love spending time with their three children, Jared, Scott, and Carly. They enjoy hiking, sailing and traveling together on family vacations.
